Rentals
We have two rooms available for rent: our main church sanctuary and an accessible gathering room, called the Perkins Room.

Sanctuary
Ideal for weddings and concerts, our church sanctuary comfortably seats 366 people (336 in the sanctuary and 30 in the balcony). It was remodeled in 2014, and it has chestnut pews and floors. The prime attraction to the sanctuary is the superb acoustics. There is also a small balcony that provides additional seating.
The sanctuary includes a pipe organ and a 8' Steinway grand piano. Both may be used, subject to approval by our Director of Music. The sound system may also be used, but should not be modified; we can help you if you need special arrangements. Please let the church know if you want to use any of the sound equipment or instruments.
The sanctuary is accessible from either the steps or ramp located at the main entrance on College Street. There are a few handicap parking spots on both College Street and South Union Street. If parking on South Union Street, you can enter the sanctuary through the Perkins Room which has an entrance off of South Union Street.
The standard rental fee is $300 and $200 for non-profit organizations. The rental fee includes one (1) 4-hour rehearsal time and/or sound check which must take place on the same day as the event. Extra rehearsal times and sound checks are $75 per rehearsal and $50 for non-profit organizations. There is a maximum of 2 extra rehearsals which must take place within 2 weeks of the related performance.
A $50 deposit is required and will be returned if the room(s) are left in the same condition they were before the rental, and there is no damage to anything. We suggest taking a picture when you arrive so you can reset the space after your event.


Perkins Room
The Perkins Room is a multipurpose room that can hold 49 people comfortably. The space has a restroom and a small kitchen. There is a baby grand piano for use, subject to approval by our Music Director. Additional folding tables and chairs are available if needed. The folding tables will seat 8. Additional questions can be answered by the church office staff.
It is accessible from South Union, just north of Memorial Auditorium. It is also easily accessible from the sanctuary, and makes a perfect reception area when rented in conjunction with the sanctuary.
The standard rental fees for the Perkins Room for 4 hours are $100 and $75 for non-profit.
Over 4 hours is $125 and $100 for non-profit organizations.
