Our Community

At College Street Congregational Church, there are many ways to connect, participate, and grow in faith and community. We offer worship, music, discussion groups, children’s programs, and opportunities for service and fellowship. Everyone is welcome.

Worship Services

Sunday Morning Service

Join us in person or by zoom every Sunday morning at 10 AM. We are located at 265 College Street (directions) in downtown Burlington. Worship bulletins are available at the front door as you come into the sanctuary or you can click below for a digital copy.

Information for Newcomers

Casual wear is appropriate. Feel free to wear whatever is comfortable. Worship bulletins distributed at the front door will guide you through the service and prayers. All children and youth are invited to join the pastor at the front of the sanctuary for the Children's Time. Parents are welcome to come up too if that helps your child feel more comfortable. Most Sundays, children and youth leave service after Time for Kids and go to Sunday school but may also stay in the sanctuary with their parents.

Parking and Accessibility

Pubilic parking on the streets and the library next door are free on Sunday mornings. There is a ramp at the entrance on Church Street and another accessible entrance off of South Union Street that takes you into the Perkins Meeting Room behind the sanctuary. Handicap parking meters are located on both South Union Street and College Street.

Communion

We offer communion monthly, usually on the first Sunday of the month. The "wine" is non-alcoholic grape juice and gluten free bread is available upon request. If you are unable to come forward to receive the elements, please signal an usher so that you can be served in your pew. At College Street Church, everyone is invited to share communion.
